Virtual reality........

Following my last post, a well-meaning friend sent me a link to this Weight Loss Simulator which purports to demonstrate what you'll look like in a 'before and after' styley.  You can personalise the model to look as much like you as possible and the simulator also allows you to look at 'your' body from the side and behind, which is for not for the faint-hearted either.

So.

Continuing the spirit of laying myself bare, here are my before and after shots.

If you're of a nervous disposition, look away now.

However, even though the simulator allows you to choose your body shape, apply a more mature appearance etc, it does not factor in the effects of a lifetime's worth of , errm... well, LIVING.

Not to mention gravity.

Way back in January, at the beginning of my diet, if I'd looked even remotely like the 'me' in the 'before' image on the left I'd have been cock a hoop!

Where are the traceries of leg veins, the puffy ankles, the saggy skin, the bulging stomach, the thunder thighs, the enormous derriere, the droopy tits bits, the bingo wings, the turkey neck, the jowls, the wrinkles.......?

No matter.....apparently I'm just 10 lbs away from looking like the 'after me'.

I wish!

Maybe all those traceries of leg veins, the puffy ankles, the saggy skin, the bulging stomach, the thunder thighs, the enormous derriere, the droopy bits, the bingo wings, the turkey neck, the jowls, the wrinkles only exist in your imagination - computers don't lie you know! :D

Sue, Anna....

Absolutely.

And as I said in my post, if I had actually looked like the one on the left I'd have been perfectly happy!

I look like what you're describing as yourself. Does this mean we're sisters who were separated at birth??
BTW keep up the weather reports pls. We'll be in W. Sussex for the first half of Aug.

Lost lost twins... nothing would surprise me.

Good to know I'm providing a useful weather service for visiting Canadians...I suggest you bring wet weather gear and lots of it!
