Reality bites...........

It will come as no surprise to regular readers of this blog, that yesterday's 'to do' list was wildly over optimistic and that inevitably my efforts fell far short of the mark.

'Twas ever thus..........

In reality I managed a disappointing two out of seven of the allotted tasks, so I'm playing catch-up today.

At least the sun is currently streaming in through the workroom windows, I've caught up with the Archers omnibus and I'm feeling relatively chipper and ready to get on with the remainder of my list.

Watch this space..........

I used to love the Archers - but I can't bear it now, too much grief, and I just want to slap Shula really hard and make he stop being silly.

Oh dear...I'm taking it all far too seriously again...

I can't see where they're trying to go with the Shula storyline unless they're aiming for a spin-off series called 'Tales From Ambridge-cum-Nazi...an everyday story of eugenics-loving folk'
Even long-suffering Jill is at the end of her tether with her. I think Usha should put a Ganesh head in Shula's bed and be done with it.

Anyway, I only listen because I've got a bit of thing for Joe Grundy.

I'm going to get hate mail now.......aren't I? :-(

oh....you and me both.

Perhaps they could all be killed in an Emmerdale style plane crash... Ryan the gambler hijacks a 747 and flies it into Brian Aldridge...I knew the end had come for me when I started feeling sorry for Mat Crawford

Being hit in the face by a 747 is far too good for Brian Aldridge. Roary (yes I know that's not how it's spelt.....I'm being ironic) will eventually do for Brian by running him over with a combine harvester, complete with Worzel's soundtrack.

I think Ryan may be Shula's nemesis. Egged on by creepy Ryan, Alastair is going to gamble Daniel on a game of pitch and putt........and lose.
I used to think that Daniel probably had 666 tatooed on his forehead so him being the son of the beast would be just what Shula deserves.....

Do you think we might be taking this a tad too seriously?
